Eligibility & Application Process
To become a verified member of AcademicAlerts.org, you must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate and complete professional details (including institutional affiliation, research field, and academic email), and agree to abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. ACADNETICA SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
Accuracy & Integrity of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and verifiable information regarding your degrees, certifications, institutional positions, and research contributions. If any submitted data is found to be misleading, inaccurate, or deceptive, we reserve the right to revoke verified credentials and terminate membership immediately without notice.
Member Responsibilities & Account Security
As a member of our scholarly community, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, notify us immediately of any unauthorized access, respect the intellectual property and privacy rights of fellow members, and comply with all applicable academic publishing ethics and Indian laws.
Prohibited Conduct & Community Safeguards
Members are strictly prohibited from using the platform for unlawful purposes, posting deceptive conference listings, broadcasting unsolicited marketing or spam, violating copyright or trademark laws, distributing malicious software, or interfering with platform operations.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
ACADNETICA SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from membership participation, event attendance, or third-party conference host representations. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Academic Alerts from any claims or disputes arising out of your participation.
Governing Law & Corporate Entity
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
