2Service Fulfillment Timelines

• Subscription Activations: Upon successful authorization and initial billing via Razorpay, your account privileges, event publishing quotas (5 events/mo for Starter, 15 events/mo for Pro, 36 events/mo for Enterprise, 1 event for Pay-Per-Event), and institutional tagging rights are activated instantaneously.
• Email Confirmation & Invoices: An automated confirmation email and GST-compliant electronic invoice are dispatched to your registered academic email immediately after checkout.

3Plan Exchange & Upgrades

Users can exchange or transition between publishing membership tiers at any time:

• Tier Upgrades (e.g. Starter to Pro / Enterprise): You may upgrade your active plan at any time through your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, expanding your event publishing limit and institutional tools.
• Billing Interval Switch: You can switch from Monthly to Annual billing to take advantage of the 10% annual discount.
