The reformation of the Eastern India Zonal Ophthalmological Congress (EIZOC) is spurred by a common vision amongst ophthalmologists throughout Eastern India to foster the exchange of knowledge and information on clinical, educational and research aspects among it's members and growth of ophthalmology and visual sciences in Eastern India. The society is dedicated to providing a forum for regional interaction so as to advance the development of these fields of ophthalmology in Eastern India and to contribute to National and International arena.
