For the first 100 registrations, accommodation for two nights may be arranged on a sharing basis near the venue (just opposite and next building) for Rs. 2500, in addition to registration fees. Hospitality includes two breakfasts, three lunches, two dinners, tea, and snacks.

Registration fees include hospitality and accommodation for two nights and three full days (29th, 30th November, and 1st December 2024). Accommodation will be on a double sharing basis in a double bedroom and four sharing in spacious suite rooms. Rooms are allotted based on registration (first come, first served) and room exchanges are not permitted. Check-in is on 29th morning from 09:00 AM. Preconference registration must be made separately. ID proof is required for accommodation. Children above 6 years of age must be registered as accompanying persons. The organizing committee is not liable for any changes in dates due to unavoidable circumstances. The cancellation policy is according to rules and regulations. Produce your registration number, confirmation letter, or receipt at the registration counter. Ensure your registration badge (bar-coded) is worn throughout the conference.

Requests for cancellation for refunds must be made in writing or through email. Requests must be sent to the conference secretariat at iaompkodai2024@gmail.com. 25% of the registration fee will be deducted as processing charges, and the rest will be refunded one month after the conference completion if the request is received before 30th September 2024. No refund of the registration fee will be considered for cancellation requests received after 30th September 2024.
