2024 STAR Global Conference

We extend a warm invitation to researchers, practitioners, community leaders, educational leaders, activists, students, representatives of universities, educational and research institutions, government organizations, United Nations agencies, NGOs, and INGOs to become part of our knowledge community through this conference. The 2024 STAR Global Conference theme is Engaging Communities, Leaders, and Practitioners: Advancing Transformative Research and Education. It aims to delve into the cultural, epistemological, and institutional challenges and opportunities encountered by educational researchers and practitioners who seek to make transformative impacts and changes. Furthermore, it seeks to explore a paradigm shift in educational approaches and contemplate the future trajectory of transformative education through transnational research. Participants from various disciplines all over the world are encouraged to submit the proposal to the conference to critically explore possibilities for transformative impacts of research on educational change and social impact and/or examine discriminatory and disempowering policies and practices hindering education and research, particularly in addressing emerging complexities across humane, social, economic, political, ecological, and spiritual spheres.
