The International Academy of Oral Oncology (IAOO) is a multi-disciplinary community of clinicians and scientists working on issues relating to the etiopathogenesis, epidemiology, prevention and management or oral and perioral tumours of oral disease in patients with malignancies. IAOO exists to bring together clinicians and scientists working in the fiels of oral oncology, so that advances in medical science can be made and translated speedily into benefits for patients.
The World Congress of the Academy is an opportunity for the IAOO community to meet and exchange ideas and innovation in the field of oral oncology. The Congress is the only global gathering of Head and Neck Surgeons, Radiation and Medical Oncologists, Maxillo-Facial Surgeons, Otorhinolaryngologists and all other allied specialists in oral cancer care.
A world-class Scientific Programme and accompanying Social Programme, inclusive and accessible to all, is being planned by the Local Organising Committee for IAOO 2025 in Liverpool, UK.
