The Annual Conference of the Odisha Orthopaedic Association: – OOACON; is the first regional conference of a state chapter of Indian Orthopaedic Association in an academic year.
OOACON 2025 – 49th Annual Conference Of Odisha Orthopedic association shall be held at AIIMS Bhubaneswar from 10th January – 12th January 2025.
OOACON 2025 will be one of the best ever academic event in Orthopedics in our state – to be attended by 300+ delegates, faculty members from across the globe, numerous companies from implant and pharmaceutical industry with admirable prospect for academics, hands on proficiency, learning experience and fun filled camaraderie with peers from different sub specialties in Orthopedics.
Didactic lectures from national and international faculty shall be complemented with debates, case-based panel discussions, technique related assemblies and interactive meet the master sessions. Free paper sessions, best PG paper session, innovative techniques for common problems – how I do it – sessions shall allow young upcoming orthopedic surgeons to introduce their original work to their peers in the field. Hands on workshops shall provide one to one interactive learning and add to the knowledge platter.
