Dear Colleagues and Friends,
We, forensic professionals in Bratislava, are honoured and pleased to organize and host, on behalf of the Slovak Society of Forensic Medicine, the 31st International Meeting on Forensic Medicine Alpe – Adria – Pannonia together with 55th Conference of Forensic Medicine.
The world becomes smaller and international cooperation, common projects and personal contacts are vital in academic life and research. We hope that the Congress will provide an opportunity to share new knowledge, learn about scientific and professional progress and exchange experiences with other colleagues in the forensic profession. The Congress will discuss the key issues related to all fields of forensic medicine and forensic sciences dealing in particular with new trends and new experiences such as artificial intelligence, forensic radiology and imaging, refugee crisis, new techniques in forensic science, quality management and accreditation and other. We hope that the Congress will be a forum where delegates can debate current challenges in forensic practice including education, training and research in view of the changing and complex environment in contemporary Europe.
