As an official sub-conference of the Asian Pacific Association for the Study of the Liver (APASL), this event aims to promote international collaboration and academic exchange in the field of liver oncology. Under the theme, "Treatment Dynamics of Liver Tumor," we will explore the latest therapeutic developments for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC). The venue is located on the historic campus of the University of Tokyo, where renowned professors such as Dr. Omata, Dr. Makuuchi, and Dr. Shiina once trained. The conference will be held during Tokyo's cherry blossom season, with Ueno Park, one of the city's most famous viewing spots, just a short walk away. The area is rich in cultural attractions, including museums, a zoo, and the historic district of Asakusa. With convenient access from Haneda and Narita airports, and a wide range of affordable accommodations nearby, it is an ideal location for international attendees.

We anticipate welcoming approximately 100 international and 200 domestic participants, and are especially committed to supporting young physicians and researchers.
