Sixth Human Resources International Conference

Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) will host the 6th Human Resources International Conference (HRIC), to be organized by the Human Resources Division of the Academy of Management (AOM), from 9th to 11th April 2026. The event will be themed on, ‘Sustainable Human Resource Management in the Age of Disruption’. The conference is ideal for academics, practitioners and students who can share their insights, research and expertise. Papers, symposia and professional development workshop submissions, on a range of topics relevant to the conference theme, are invited.
