The IUIS Junior Community, together with ALACI Junior Community, the Mexican Society for Immunology (SMI) and Night Science, is delighted to announce the first edition of the IUIS Leadership Academy: a new IUIS initiative to train the next generation leaders in the field to lead the next generation of immunological research.
The Academy aims to provide training in leadership skills, strategic mindset, creativity and professional networking opportunities necessary to drive innovation in research, foster collaborative scientific environments, and advance participants’ careers.
There will be a series of online seminars (August-October) as well as an in-person workshop for selected participants (October 25-28, Oaxaca, Mexico). This represents an ambitious initiative to develop the next generation of immunology leaders across the Americas bringing together early-career researchers and motivate an early-career network.
