Simulation-Based Education (SBE) has emerged as a national priority in strengthening nursing education and healthcare quality in India. With the rapid expansion of nursing institutions and the increasing complexity of patient care, there is a pressing need to shift from traditional didactic teaching methods to competency-based, skill-oriented learning approaches. This workshop aligns strongly with national healthcare and education reforms.
