The 15th Structural Engineering Convention an international conference sponsored by the Indian Association for Structural Engineering (IASE), will be held at the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad. In 1997, the Indian Institute of Technology Madras and CSIR- Structural Engineering Research Centre (SERC) in Chennai started this biennial event, which has now expanded to fourteen conventions across the country. Now, IIT Hyderabad is hosting the fifteenth convention.
The primary objective of SEC-2026 is to advance and uphold a safe and sustainable construction industry and quality research in the country. The conference will feature a diverse array of traditional paper presentations from researchers around the globe, complemented by keynote addresses from distinguished invited speakers. In addition, the event will facilitate in-depth discussions on cutting-edge technologies and emerging challenges in the field of structural engineering. The IIT Hyderabad community is honored to host SEC-2026 and extends a warm invitation to all professionals, researchers, and industry stakeholders to participate and contribute to this significant event.
