58th Indian Orthodontic Conference

You will receive a 20% refund of the registration fee if you cancel up to June 30, 2024.

You will receive a 5% refund of the registration fee if you cancel up to July 31, 2024.

No refund will be given if you cancel after August 1, 2024.

All refunds will be paid after the completion of the conference. Payment will be refunded after 1 month of the conference.

The refund includes only the registration base amount and does not include GST and card payment charges. Transfer charges for cancellation for refund must be covered by participants.

All cancellations should be made in writing and sent to registration@58iocbengaluru.com.

Please download the registration form, fill it out, and send a scanned copy along with the payment details to registration@58iocbengaluru.com to enable us to trace it for our internal record.
